REFRACTIVE SURGERY
Refractive surgery refers to a group of surgical procedures designed to correct refractive errors in the eyes. These errors affect how the eye bends (refracts) light, which can result in blurred vision.

ICL
ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) is a type of refractive surgery used to correct vision by implanting a synthetic lens inside the eye. It is an alternative to laser-based procedures like LASIK or PRK, particularly for individuals with high refractive errors, thin corneas, or dry eyes.
LENS EXCHANGE
Lens exchange in refractive surgery, also known as Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE) or Clear Lens Exchange (CLE), is a surgical procedure that replaces the eye’s natural lens with an artificial intraocular lens (IOL) to correct refractive errors. It is essentially the same procedure as cataract surgery but performed electively for vision correction rather than cataract removal.
